A look inside the mind of a criminal of a different, almost "more noble" era. He was a thief, but he never carried a gun. I wanted more about his time after he went straight.

If you've already read The Professional Thief or Confessions of a Dying Thief, this is mainly useful for seeing what the penitentiary system was like before 1960 and how hard it can be for a criminal who wants to reform to make a life for himself.
