As a fan of Leslie Sansone walking DVDs, all I can say is that "Thank God I use these DVDs!" Seriously, I can't see myself ever doing the "Pillow Plump and Pump", "Basket Boob Squat 'N' Squeeze" or even the "Potty Squat". However I would considering using detergent bottles as replacement dumbbells!

The point that the author is making that everyone, regardless of their age, weight and lifestyle, can carve out even a sliver of time to try to eat better and exercise more. Even cleaning your house is a way for you to burn calories. Let's just hope no one is around watching you do the "Potty Squat" while cleaning your toilet!

I thought this looked like fun. Fun ways to exercise while cleaning. I'd kill two birds with one stone. Most of the information is on how to clean your mind and eat well. I guess those are good things too, but not what I expected or wanted or needed. The exercises seemed very basic. Stuff I could easily figure out on my own.
