There's been a lot of noise in Kelly Lowell's house this week, but unfortunately none of it is coming from her bedroom! The construction work next door is driving Kelly out of her mind, and a series of potential boyfriends out of her life. All she wants is someone to have a little fun with, but when her latest suitor turns out to be a big mistake, she starts to get a little desperate. A girl's ego can only take so much! She marches over to give her new neighbor a piece of her mind, but one look at all those yummy muscles and suddenly a little noise doesn't seem like such a problem.

Workaholic Grant Black wonders what happened to his sex life. He's got a new construction company, an unfinished house, and he hasn't gotten laid in months. To make matters worse, his hot new neighbor only seems interested in yelling at him. However, when Grant catches her taking her sexual frustration into her own hands, he decides to take a chance and offer up his services. After all, he can fix anything, and he's oh so good with the right tools...

3 ½ stars. A short little story. It’s erotica - fun, playful, sexy.

Kelly is frustrated because she can’t find a guy who likes sex toys and a little kinkiness. Her neighbor sees her pleasuring herself and offers to help. He’s very good with kinky. Don’t expect plot, characters, and other story stuff. This is simply some hot sex scenes, and it’s good for that.

This story is also published in the anthology “Hot & Sweet - Beginnings.”

Grant Black has been working non-stop, even after normal work hours on his new home. That causes some major distress at his lovely new neighbor's bedroom. Who can get laid with all that noise?!

Kelly is dumped by what I think a coward, using the noise as an excuse. When she finally gets a glimpse of her handsome new neighbor, she can't help but fantasize about him to bring her to a very happy ending. Too bad, her window was open. Or is it?

Nooooooo! Why did it end?! Lol. This was a quick, fun read that had me fanning myself while reading.
I'll have to check out more from this author, this was hot little book.

This was one of those books that you can use to pass a spare hour while cooking dinner, kids napping, or on your lunch break. It took me an hour and that was only because I kept getting interrupted by DH and the kids. I waver between two and three stars on this one because of the utter cheeziness of the storyline. I don't know what I was expecting when I downloaded this, but what I got was guy fixing up house catches girl next door 'taking care of business'. Guy goes over to help her out with that and during rounds of furious, hot sex they trade corny construction jokes about tools, etc.

Yeah, that's pretty much the story.

However, there were things about it like I liked. The writing is pretty solid and the chemistry was hot. Ms. Reded can definitely write an erotic scene....that said, I think I would have enjoyed them more without the corny phrases. Other than that, not a bad way to pass an hour.

I liked this book. It was quick, steamy, and fun. I wish it had been longer with a HEA, but I'll take the HFN (happy for now) this time. That said, it's not very creative. The similarities between this one and Scorched by Desiree Holt and Allie Standifer are almost identical (this story is better though). The H/h both live at the end of a cul-de-sac with no other neighbors, both with the hero being the newer resident, both have heroines into kinky sex with, what can only be viewed as "sexual" type jobs. In both books the hero catches the heroine 'taking care of business' through a bedroom window. But there's enough differences here, so I won't say this is a complete copycat. I was entertained and I enjoyed this short. I'd definitely recommend it to fans of erotica.

This book was absolutely hilarious and I really enjoyed it from the time that the characters first met right through to the very end. I actually was hoping that there would be more to it as the characters really complemented each other. The story of two lost souls whom not only desire some good, hot sex but also to be loved. An Erotica with heaps of tenderness and laughter not to be missed.

Ok this was a short fun read. Grant and Kelly were both fun and it was an enjoyable story. The only reason I only gave it 4 was because I wanted more! I laughed out loud and the sex scenes were hot two of my criteria for any book. Great short read.
