I have an overactive imagination and too much time on my hands, and the result is...well, lots of books! Which is probably better than the alternative. ;)

I love writing steamy and erotic romances, some dark, some light, but always about something that moves me. And, because I'm totally a sucker, love tends to win out. Everyone deserves a happy ending. :)

My contemporary BDSM erotic romance series, Club Volare, has hit the genre bestseller charts on Amazon a few times, which is just awesome. Right now there are two books, Sold to the Sheikh and Tied to the Tycoon, with a third, Disciplined by the Dom, due in February 2013. And I've also got this paranormal series in the very beginning stages of development that I'm super excited about. When I'm not writing those, I'm gonna be reading -- if you've got any good recs, send them my way!

And if you want to hear about those new releases when they come out, you can sign up for my New Releases list here (I *only* use it for that; I hate spam so much!).

Lots of love, and happy reading!!
x Chloe

This book is labeled EROTICA. Please don't read this review if you are not comfortable with that type of story.

Claire has been unhappy with her life, when she first received her invitation to see the Doctor. Her first appointment, which was chronicled in the short story The Exam (available for free on barnesandnoble.com) started her journey of sexual and self discovery. Her second appointment, which was chronicled in the short story Remote Control pushed her to face some fears and address them head on. Stripped is her third appointment and it already has the making to be completely different than any appointment before.

As with all appointment, the Doctor has Claire address and face things in her life that she is unhappy with, that she has let slide thinking she had no control over, when in fact she should have had control over them. Through all this Claire has learned about herself and is a much more strong and confident woman, but she has found herself falling in love with the Doctor.

Is falling for the Doctor allowed? Or has Claire just broken the biggest rule of all?

The third book in the Doctor's orders series leaves us with a twist that rivals any great romance.

Finally, there was more plot in the story in “Stripped” because of the personal information about “the Doctor”. But this was still pretty thin and not at all comprehensible or understandable. It seemed like a weird attempt to make more out of this pure erotic novel. Unfortunately, from my point of view, the author did not succeed in this. On top of that, the only aspect that could have had potential in this whole book was the smut, but that one did not meet my expectations either. I am sorry but the story was bad and the sex was bad … I will read “Claimed” only to be able to say afterwards that I have made it through the whole series.

Claire finds more about her Dom Doctor Cedric....but sorry, this isn't a name I associate with a Dom...don't ask me why!
I didn't find this as attention holding as the first two. I also think it would have had more meaning as a whole story than a series of four shorts....I personally think writers lose some continuity when writing a series and also many readers get fed up waiting and downloading each new episode. Though it is probably better sense financially for writers.
Chloe Cox is quite a good writer and she has a deliciously erotic scene for those who like humiliation, when the masked man strips her in front of an audience. I have my own guess as to who he is. I'm sure the fourth and final one will tell all.
The first two were border four star but I think this more three star.

The Doctor series continues with this third volume.

I actually think this is the best of the series so far, even though there is less time spent on the Bdsm and erotica side of things and more time devoted towards introducing everyone to the psyche of Claire and her desire to find out what she can about the doctor to help her in her quest to snare him for her own.

Having said things depart from the erotica, there is still enough contained to hold the interest of most (unless you are looking for a different sex scene on each page!).

Thoroughly enjoyed this volume and am looking forward to reading the final episode.
