Excuse me...but have you bothered to read the first Shero book? No? I'll wait. Seriously, I'll grab a snack and wait here.
Done? That was quick. Okay, now...where was I? Oh yes, yes:
Glam! Bam! Thank you ma'am!
Everyone's favorite transgendered superhero is back and this time it's all about the zombie! That's right ladies, not only is Shero fighting off cats and whores at shoe sales, now it's time to deal with the undead.
And a narrator with a hella bad attitude. But one way or another the might of man in the Wang will prevail.
Jack Wallen is what happens when a Gen Xer mind-melds with present day snark. Jack is a seeker of truth and a writer of words with a quantum mechanical pencil and a disjointed beat of sound and soul. Although he resides in the unlikely city of Louisville, Kentucky, Jack likes to think of himself more as an interplanetary traveler, on the lookout for the Satellite of Love and a perpetual movie sign...or so he tells the reflection in the mirror (some times in 3rd person). Jack is the author of numerous tales of dark, twisty fiction including the I Zombie series, the Klockwerk Movement, the Fringe Killer series, Shero, The Nameless Saga, and much more.
Shero 2 Wam, Bam, Thank you Sir.What a fun read. I must say, This was the first time a book referred to me as "Sweet cheeks". LOL This is such a fun series with an unconventional Transgender Super Hero, who will have you laughing out loud. Each book is so well written it could be a stand alone book. Evil never sleeps,I want a Shero to look after our city. There are a range of emotions you get when you read this series. The overwhelming feeling you get is of have is fun and laughter. In this book they lead you to believe the MC's mic has been hijacked. As you continue the narrator is a character himself, and he will have you rolling. In this book we meet some clones and another twisted evildoer who wants to take down Shero at a big competition.Casualties are of no concern. Pick up Jack Wallen's series Shero you will love it if you remember the comics of the days gone by. While you are there check out his other books, he has something for everyone, yes, he is that diverse.
