A very impactful poetry collection. I loved how they were often told from a "we" perspective, and I loved how narrative these poems felt.

I have this feeling if more people read this poetry book then it would become an important part of a lot of peoples readings about colonization. This book is so beautiful and heart breaking, the hope that stay after traumatic events like colonization is important to keep. And there’s more things I can try and explain but I just can’t. This piece is so good thank you for writing it this is a blessing to have and read.
