Penetrating.

When I started this book, I just couldn't get out of my shell. You could say I just couldn't suck it up. But after reading this book, I just blue myself! This book will feel like it is packing your mouth with so much ice cream, you'll be the envy of every Jerry and Jane on the block. It made me realize their are dozens of us, literally dozens!

When I first saw the Man inside of me, I wasn't sure if I wanted to commit, but I guess you could say I was a little buy curious. I can't thank Dr. Tobias enough for truly opening up and let me come inside. His journey help me discover that I too have a man inside of me and sometimes I just need to suck it up

A stroke of brilliance. Dr. Fünke has concocted a wonderful look deep inside the cavity of his mind to discover the man inside him. The tight grip keeping the man inside proves to be a difficult one for him to release and each thrust into the trenches only brings him to darker and darker reaches. I highly recommend you join me and come inside Dr. Fünke for this wonderful journey of self-discovery.

I have no clue why I spent $2.99 on a two page kindle book that’s just filled with Tobias quotes that we’ve already seen on Arrested Development. But, hey! We’re in quarantine and I love Tobias, so five stars to The Man Inside Me!

Una lectura penetrante e incisiva. Funke es la agonizante y angustiada (aunque de alguna manera alegre) voz de una generacion en suspenso. Como toda experiencia de lectura vivencial al principio cuesta trabajo abrirse paso en la maraña de referencias y problemas de Funke, pero conforme nos internamos en sus páginas uno parece simplemente deslizarse y avanzar sobre la nítida y ajustada prosa del libro. El autor no ofrece ningún tipo de concesiones al lector, muchas veces en medio de un capítulo intenso es necesario cerrar el libro y tomar aire antes de volver a sumergirse entre sus páginas.

Tobias Funke nos enseña que, de vez en cuando, todos podemos tener un hombre dentro de nosotros también.
