Lama Shenphen Zangpo (Tib. བསྟན༌འཛིན༌སྟོབས༌འབྱོཪ, born Stephen Powell) is a monk and teacher of Tibetan Buddhism. Since his ordination, he has lived and taught in taught in Japan, Taiwan, and most recently Bhutan, where he works with the youth and substance abusers, teaching meditation and organizing drug outreach programmes. For this work, he was awarded the National Order of Merit, Gold, by His Majesty King Jigme Khesaw Namgyel Wangchuck in 2015.

Very short but very nice read. Highly recommended to get a nuanced presentation of the Buddhist approach to key issues including merit, vegetarianism, etc. The appendices are very nice summaries of key Buddhist ideas.
