Bill is the author of A Leadership Kick in the Ass, which focuses on the importance of confidence and humility. بعد مقدمة الكتاب لم أستطيع أن أرى ما يجذبني بالعنفوان المتوقع من عنوان الكتاب. فهذا دأب من يعتاد القراءة. فإن القاريء يتحول لإنسان صعب الإنبهار إلا بالدرر والجواهر القيمة. فبتعدد الأفكار والصفحات التي تخاطب وجدانك وعقلك، يصبح البحث عن المتعة في فكرة جديدة أو أسلوب رشيق مهمة صعبة. ولكن مادام الإنسان هو من يكتب، فدائماً نتطلع إلى جديد يبهرنا. لا اعلم إن كنت تتفق معي في ذلك أو لا تتفق، ولكن هذا ما أراه حقاً قائماً امامي :)

لكن لماذا المقدمة؟ مقدمة الكتاب تحكي عن قصة نجاح رائعة متكاملة الأركان، وعن رقي ثقافة كل من شارك فيها. لن أقصها عليك حتى لا أمنع عنك متعة الكتاب. ولكن في التجربة وضوح رؤيا أتنمى أن اجد من يملكه في محيط رفاقي ومعارفي. أما الفكرة التي بني عليها الكتاب فأنا أثمنها. فالكتاب مجموعة من المقالات لمختلف الأسماء والعقول تصب في خندق واحد. تسرد تجارب شخصية لأناس آمنوا بالفكر وقاموا عليه. وهذا هو محور ارتكاز الكتاب. وأنا سعدت بهذه التجربة التي لا نراها إلا نادراً في عالمنا العربي. فالكل يبحث عن اسمه على غلاف الكتاب دون النظر إلا جدوى تعدد المؤلفين.

بيل تريجر إنسان بارع في الجمع بين كل هذه الأفكار وتصنيفها وإعدادها بهذا التسلسل. وأنا أثني عليه وعلى مقاله الذي أورده في الكتاب، في سياق هذا المنظور.

هذا الكتاب أنصح باقتنائه للباحث عن تجارب بشر يملكون من اليوم 24 ساعة ولكنهم تميزوا عنا بوضوح الرؤيا ودقة الهدف واستثمار الوقت بشكل ناجح.

وأشكر من أهداني هذا الكتاب لأقرأه، فلقد فتح لي آفاقاً جديدة، فكل كتاب فرصة حتى وإن لم تجد له مسلكاً.

لم أشأ لرحلة الكتاب أن تنتهي ، فوجود مثل هذه النجاحات في عالمنا مرتكزة على أفكار بسيطة في بعض الأحيان ،ومجنونة أحياناً أخرى تعطي الحافز لتغيير العالم ، خاصة أن معظم القصص كانت تستند لأشخاص عاديين جداً ولكن آمنوا بفكرة ما وسعوا من أجلها.


أحدِث اختلافاً .. غيِّر العالم .. بيَدِكَ الكثير
