I love kale, so I am always looking for new things to mix with it. Olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, capers, and jalapenos are my favorite things to add to the saute. This book suggests some nice combinations (i.e. chicken broth stews, kale polenta, salads)and it is worth checking out if you enjoy cooking and are looking for something new.
