Age: Lower Elementary (K-2)
Genre: Informational

This book gives a step by step on where mail goes and how it gets delivered to your mailbox. It has real pictures and gives good simple facts about mail.
I would read this book and then have it in the writing center so students can write letters and we could put it in our classroom mailbox where we could have a student deliver it to the students mailbox. It could be used also if you are learning about community helpers. I would incorporate this book in my classroom.

It was very informative. My 3 year old class asked a lot of questions after reading it. There were words highlighted to help with new vocabulary and provided a glossary at the end. I would have given it more stars but the pictures feel like they need updated.
