في قراءة هذا الكتاب المخصص للنساء حيث لا أعلم هل سبب أن الكاتب يكتب للنساء أم هي الترجمة. لقد تعلمت طرق جديدة للتعامل مع الخلافات و تبدأ فقط بسوء الفهم و التوتصل بين الطرفين و ما تحلها سوى الصراحة و تغيير النظر للأمور مع تغيير الأسلوب. حيث هناك قصص رائعة تستحق القراءة لحل الخلافات.
