في الكتاب أفكار جميلة لطيفة خفيفة حول الزواج وما يدور عنه! أشياء لم أجدها في مكان آخر واستغربت ربطها بالدين حتى علمت أن الكاتب شخص متدين، وجدت فيه ما أوافق عليه وما يمكنه ترتيب الكثير من الأفكار به، أحب ببساطة واعتني ببساطة وكن كما أنت، ليكن زواجك وسيلة ومشروع تحرص على أن تنتج منه أكثر الأرباح، أكثر من كونه هدف.

اقتناء الكتاب هذا سببه ردة فعلي تجاه المواد العربية التي تكتب في هذا الشأن وللمرأة على وجه الخصوص، تبدأ الصفحة الأولى بـ"لا تجعلي الزواج والزوج محور حياتك" ثم تتحدث عن أن يكون عندك طموح واهتمام وعمل من أجل أن تثيري اهتمامه بك!

لو كنت رجلاً لا أعتقد أنني سأحترم زوجتي التي تعيش لأجلي دون أن تعيش لأجلها ولأجل غاية سامية على نحو ما والعكس صحيح، هذه الدرجة من الالتصاق خانقة!

نقرأ من الكتاب أنا وزوجي كل مرة بلعبة الإيقاف العشوائي، نضحك كثيراً ونحن نتخيل ما يمكن أن تكون عليه حياتنا المجنونة مستقبلاً على ضوء كل فكرة.

كتاب جميل وواقعي يجعلك ترى الزواج بموضوعية وليست بنظرة الشؤم او بفكر القلوب الحمراء التي تحوم فوق الرأس
.. اهم كلمة قراتها يجب ان يكون الدين اولا والاسرة ثانياً والعمل ثالثاً اهم اهتماماتك

An easy read with some great advice and snippets of wisdom. The author has a sense of humor so it is also fun to read. He includes God in some of his advice, which I think is important.

Although a bit "Traditional" when referring to the sexes and sometimes even way off base, this was a pretty good quick read on the insights of your spouse. Recommend to have both partners read. (That means you, Kristin!)

I laughed my a** off at this book! It's very funny!

"Then why only 2 stars?" you may ask...

It's is way too Christian focused for me! He mentioned "god" at least 100 times!

Some of it is funny, so if you can ignore the preaching it's at least worth a read...only took me 20 minutes :c)

الكتاب بسيط جدا و استغربت من عدد النصائح مما يدل بان الكاتب كان يريد وضع الكثير من الافكار مما افقدها الحكمة و الصياغة الجميلة.
كذلك الكاتب شخص متدين لذلك ذكر كلمة "الرب" اكثر من ١٠٠ في الكتاب.
