You can't change direction when you're airborne. All I could do was part my legs so my skis landed on either side of the devil. But no out of the range of those fearsome jaws.
Snap!
Out on the ski fields, Sam Fox dodges a Tasmanian devil only to see a baby plummeting out of the sky towards him! Before he knows it, he is on the run from kidnappers, escaping avalanches and explosions to keep a young Crown Prince alive.
But when they are captured and held hostage in an abandoned sawmill, things really start to get dangerous . . .
One of twelve children, Justin grew up on a farm in Otaki, New Zealand. He wrote his first book, a ten page cartoon about his pet turtle, Bubble, when he was nine years old. His next cartoon was about Moriarty, his guinea pig, and filled a complete exercise book. When he was eleven, Justin began writing his first novel, but conked out after 35 pages.
Justin D’Ath is the author of over 30 books for children and young adults, including the hugely popular Extreme Adventures series. Other books include Astrid Spark, Fixologist, The Skyflower, Robbie and the Dolphins, Infamous, and Why did the Chykkan cross the Galaxy?
So this is the ninth of the twelve book series I have read and they are all pretty much non stop action and the same geezer facing death at every turn for the whole book - it is kind of exhausting and you just keep imaging thus bloke locked up in a padded cell beating his head against the wall sating no more only to have the walls explode and a bunch of terrorists come in followed by rampaging elephants and then... but maybe that is the next story - entertaining but ridiculous.
It's action packed!! Kiddnappers are trying to kidnap the baby prince, Prince Thomas. But poor Tommy fell out of the sky!! Lucky Sam Fox was able to catch him! They didn't need Sam Fox but without his help, the plan wouldn't be successful.
