Rate this book
Christie Robinson thinks her life is ticking along nicely. Her cheating ex-husband is vainly pursuing a career in Hollywood, leaving her to scrape a living using her sultry voice as a chat line hostess. Despite the not-so-secret admiration of her closest friends, she knows talking dirty on the phone will lose its appeal eventually, but has she got the courage to go through with her daring plan to up the ante?
A school reunion brings the gorgeous Dan into her life and things start to look up as she realises now might be the right time to make a decision. When things take a sinister turn, though, Christie is forced to face up to reality: not everyone will be impressed by her outrageous new venture.
Making some hilarious mistakes along the way, Christie is determined to eliminate the unwanted attentions of a scary unknown admirer without getting her knickers in a twist.

This book was a suggestion on a "book site" that I frequent so I decided to give it a try. As a new writer I am trying to explore and read all kinds of genres. It was a great story and I enjoyed it - read it in only a few days because I kept wanting to see what came next. For me - there was something missing in the middle that I wish had been expanded on, I think it would have given even more of that "page turner" feel. I would read more from this author
