”This is what great coaches-and great leaders- do they add value to the lives of their players and employees, individually and collectively”

”Motivation gets you started; habits keep you going”

”If you want to start leading, you must always start with yourself, because if you wouldn’t follow yourself, why should everybody else?”

When the description indicates “Maxwell’s best writings”- well it just states a fact.

His writing style makes his points easy to grasp and understand, plain and clear. A good book to read when setting your goals for the new year.

Even just a mini book, the teachings and ideas inside are magnanimous. It’ll make you reflect and search yourself, It’ll keep you pondering.

A must read not only for leaders but anyone that would like to improve oneself.

It teaches to start, no matter how small. Apply “a little extra” effort and change if you want to see a difference.

The book was a nice read and contained summarize of Maxwell's Best of Best Leadership Advice. It excels in convincing you to change your daily activitivies or habits starting "NOW" and why it is important.

I highly suggest that the author must provide simple example or scenario next time where everyone can relate coz he often mention a baseball sport which some asian countries no knowledged at all.

This book is highly recommended for those who feels lazy to accomplish his / her daily task or to those struggling their aims in life.

Have fun!
