Immensely satisfying epic novel about repeating your life with all the knowledge you have. I use the term "satisfying" with great regard - many works of this genre only leave you with questions about why someone didn't correct this problem, or take advantage of some part of history, etc. This one covers it all - coming of age, education, military, business, politics, and family. The characters are complex and likeable. The writing is very well done since this looks like just the average story posted online. In all several million words (a rough estimate) I didn't notice many mistakes at all. There's some need for editing, in places, but the cadence of the book makes it easy to read.
A great book by a great author. Follow the life of Carling Parker Buckman II as he relives his life after a wish takes him back to when he was 13 years old.
What would you do if you could relive your life knowing what you now know?
The next great american novel ^_~ Nah, it might not be that, but it is probably the best time travel/do-over story I have ever come across... and I think I have read them all, both paper and electronic.
This epic book has it all and it will leave you quite satisfied with its conclusion. A must read for time travel aficionados. Check out his other stories too. Grim Reaper is shaping up to be quite the follow up.
