A condition of his Grandpa's will stipulated that Brad must get married and stay married for a year, if he's to inherit Reinehart Industries. The deadline by which Brad has to get married is approaching quickly, so he proposes to Alexis Jones, the cute receptionist he met two days ago.
Alexis isn't really sure about the whole thing. But then Brad suggests that she go with him to Paris for the weekend, so they can both spend a bit more time together before she makes her decision.
Alexis is conflicted about the choice for a number of reasons. But two passionate days in Paris, followed by a day in Brad's glamorous New York world, help her to make up her mind.
Alicia Roberts has always enjoyed writing. She believes in "happily ever after", true love triumphing, and everyone getting what they deserve - and she tries to make sure it happens, at least in her fiction.
Alicia loves animals, coffee, cake and laughter. She is happily married and enjoys spending time with her husband. She loves traveling and currently lives in Melbourne, Australia. You can find her on Twitter at https://twitter.com/AliciaRRoberts, where she enjoys chatting with her readers.
Considerations follows Alexis and Brads life right where the they left in book 1. They go to Paris because he has business to attend there and takes her with him so she can make up her mind if she wants to become his partner in crime. His grandfather left on his will that he will inherit all of his goods if he gets married at least for a year. The problem is, Brad was too focused on working his ass off to deserve his position as owner of his grandfather´s company that he has only 2 months left to get married or he will lose the inheritance.
I feel that Alexis has inferiority issues. She thinks she doesn´t deserve to be in Brad´s world just because she´s "plain and simple". She goes to Paris with him and gets a peek of what living in his world means and feels like.
Brad is super rich and apparently super HOT he was great chemistry with Alexis. Since they met they have been humping like bunnies on the table, at a wall and also in the mile high club. He is overwhelmed by Alexis honesty and "innocence". She is fresh blood in his world and advises her to be careful.
They both go to a gala where a man tries to take advantage of her feeling her up and kissing her until Brad intervenes. He takes her home and gives her the proposal for their marriage. Will she accept?
krátké, ale jsem zvědavá co nám připraví ve třetím díle...ale i tak si myslím že to nebude nic závratného, když kniha bude mít stejně málo stránek jako předchozí dvě..
This is Book 2. A condition of his Grandpa's will stipulated that Brad must get married and stay married for a year, if he's to inherit Reinehart Industries. The deadline by which Brad has to get married is approaching quickly, so he proposes to Alexis Jones, the cute receptionist he met two days ago. Will she say Yes? Well I will leave you to ponder that and no peeking ahead to read what the third book is about that's cheating.
Brad and Alexis' story continues with a weekend trip to Paris, Alexis is wooed by the life Brad lives but her insecurities keep her grounded and she feels out of her depth, but there's a sense of her gaining confidence thanks to Brad. The sex is phenomenal, but again the story begged for more depth, it skimmed the surface of what could have been an epic lengthier book instead of a Novella.
Again, don't know why this had to be divided into three books. It was annoying.
So they went to Paris and obviously Brad is starting to have feelings for her and she him. So it annoys me that they are trying to hide it from each other.
This book was Same as the first. Interesting story line but had no real details. I really hated that it was broken up into 3 very short stories. If I'd have know that in the beginning I probably wouldn't have started it. But each ending left you hanging on.
I've read all three parts and this was my favorite. I love Paris, I love the way the relationship develops between the two of them, and it's hot and steamy and kinda sweet too :)
