Dr. Arnold joined the Belk College of Business in 2008. His research focuses on business ethics, sustainability, and public policy. He has published extensively on ethical issues in international business, including labor practices in off-shore factories, business and human rights, and business relations with base of the pyramid populations. In addition, Dr. Arnold has an active research stream (with several collaborators) focused on organizational business ethics and public policy regarding the pharmaceutical industry. His publications include over 20 journal articles, numerous book chapters, and six books. He is a past recipient of the Belk College's annual "Best Paper" Award for faculty research.
