Although I enjoyed most of the subject matter of this book, I found some of the ideas a little far-fetched. Yet, I would not say those methods definitely would not work; perhaps they would. I had read about many of the ideas, such as those from Edgar Cayce, long before reading this book.
I would have liked this book better if it had not been so long. Perhaps the author could have made a list of dates and places where he attended workshops, conventions, etc. along with the names of those who led the meetings. I don't think the author listed all these meetings in chronological order, but I wasn't sure since I read the book on my Kindle and did not go back to check the dates.
I found myself highlighting quite a bit of the text and marking a number of pages in case I choose to go back later. There were very few typos for such a long book so I would say the editors did a very good job.

Interesting, but not horribly compelling. Will pick up and finish reading when I am waiting in between library loans or something.
