A book written by a coworker - had me thinking about the Mindful Work book about meditation in the workplace that I read a couple years ago

Really enjoyed learning how the author put to practice in real life under normal/dire circumstances the lessons of wisdom he learned from his Guru.

Look forward to implementing several of the things mentioned in this book.
