The greatest peace and happiness in life lie within ourselves. The men we love can add tremendous joy, but real peace comes from inside. We hold the key to our own happiness; we just need to open the door.

A fun and illuminating read. I mean, some things were pretty 'you don't say?!' e.g. not stalking someone, but there were many good lessons too. Sometimes we just need a rational voice to remind us of things we already know but would rather ignore. Oh and if only we all had a psychic we could simply call up every time we have questions.

Many times we fight against changes that occur in our lives, but we wouldn't fight if we only realised that those changes were leading us to a better path.
