I read this book while helping facilitate a summer workshop dedicated to developing leadership capacity in site-based and district level school leaders. The book is full of anecdotes and examples of learning I have lived through and ideas that I wish I had as a young facilitator. Valuable, valuable, valuable.
Framework of adult/teacher learning felt a little forced, but each of the sections provides concrete tools and action steps for school leaders. Worth the read.
