Mark Yarbrough’s book doesn't offer quick fixes to burnout but instead validates the feelings of fatigue and frustrations, providing the sense of peace I needed to begin to understand my burnout and begin to cope with it.
Great book and quick read...read it in an hour. Mark is a great speaker and is hilarious! A lot of simple tips to help with burnout out that actually make sense and are easy to apply In everyday life.
