This manga has a really cute artstyle and that's what attracted me to it. Every panel was super well illustrated with character designs that were adorable. The characters themselves were amazing. They had vibrant personalities that all worked together well to make for some great chemistry. I also really liked the humor.

That being said though, this book left a lot to be desired. There was no plot in this manga. Each chapter was its own tiny, chaotic story. It made for some lighthearted reading, but I need at least a little bit of a plot to keep me invested in the story. There was also no depth to the stories or the characters at all.

Truthfully I think this series has potential. However, I think it should've been written differently. It should've had one interconnected plot with these characters. Each of these individual short stories should've been mini bonus comics at the end of each volume of the main story. I just don't think this current formatting of tiny, shallow stories works for this manga.

If I find the other two volumes in this series at a thrift store or a used bookstore, I will probably pick them up to read, but I don't have a strong desire to finish this series.

Why? What was the reason????? I like the kitty cat, though.

Cute, uncomplicated, and relatively pointless. :P Basically just about a cafe where five crazy dudes with nothing in common work and try to keep from killing each other. It's totally episodic and nothing important happens, which was actually kind of nice. No magic, no world-saving, not even any epic romance...just day-to-day life for some normal people.

I was sort of unsure about continuing it, but there are only three volumes so I'll give them a read. The artwork is just slightly FMA-ish...the cafe owner kind of looks like Hohenheim and it weirded me out for a few chapters.

Mammamia, son passati undici anni da quando è stata pubblicata questa serie! Ero una cucciolotta all'epoca.

I picked this up on a whim at a convention. It was located in the boys love section but I don't understand how this is really BL. However this is complete and utter crazy nonsense and I absolutely love the comedy!

Nicely drawn but no real plot or depth to the characters. I don’t know if it improves in the next two volumes.

This is an odd one. You think its going to be a BL story, but it isn't its simply comedy sketches in the life of 5 very different young men who work in the same café. Its very episodic, random and utterly pointless. In between each story there's an insane chibi bonus story of a couple of pages that is absolutely nuts and doesn't really relate to anything except that it features the characters from the manga.

On the plus side I can say its mildly amusing with nice, clean artwork, but its not a patch on the character driven "Antique Bakery" to which it will be instantly compared.

I love this manga. It's a nice break from other serious plot heavy titles. It's practically a sitcom in manga form so If you're looking for fun and cute characters, funny moments, and a light read I would recommend this

I picked this up thinking it was BL, and when it wasn't, didn't get dissapointed because it's awesomely funny anyway!!! Nice light entertainment, with clean crisp art.

The writing and lack of a better plot line-ruined what could have been a great manga. The drawing was very good. I could not finish it.

No estuvo mal, pero estuve como perdida y no entendia muy bien el humor de las historias. De todas maneras pienso leerme los otros dos libros (#3, #4) y ya los saqué de la biblioteca.

Not a lot of plot! If you like quirky characters interacting, this may be the title for you. The cafe setting doesn't really play into it much.
