This was a great book, if a little light weight, and a great way to get a general understanding of Agile and Scrum (and more). If you have never really understood Agile, or are being tasked with getting an Agile workflow set up, this is a nice pocket reference to remind you of the important structures, policies, and ceremonies related to Agile with Scrum. There are good definitions of the roles and responsibilities associated with Scrum and Agile, and suggestions ho how best to implement them. Overall an enjoyable read.

Decent quick read. Helpful for framing a mindset or touching up on a few concepts/ideologies.
