I feel lucky to have "stumbled across" this book while reading Merle Haggard's autobiography. After reading Barry Fey's and Bill Graham's autobiographies this was like the third leg of the stool. Not many people realize that The Newlywed Game's host started as a DJ and went on to be a very successful and renowned concert promoter. Well written and fun.

One of the funniest books I have ever read. I would put this man down on the list of people I would like to have dinner with. What a wonderful, crazy life.
