I'm getting back into the job market and need to put together a resume from scratch and this book had decent ratings at my local library so I picked it up and went through it in a day. It contains a lot of examples and Chapter 9 recommendations about what you should or shouldn't do was useful. I didn't read the book word for word but it was helpful in getting me motivated enough to put a resume together. Then I saw this video at http://97c4bgu99k3kew44z94hojzjus.hop... and figured there might be better ways to get through this resume writing and cover letter writing process than scouring books. This video was a lot of marketing but the cartoonish presentation kept my attention and though the reveal at the end was not amazing, it was enough to make me rethink my approach to my resume. Definitely worth listening to!
