كتاب العقل المنضبط للكاتبه زي ماكي يتكلم عن كيف يضبط الانسان عقله سواء من ناحيه تسويف الامور البدء فيها الانتهاء منها لكن اهم شي تطلعون فيه من الكتاب ان كل شي عباره عن لبنات صغيره تبني مع الزمن لكن اهم شي البدء.. مهاره تريد اصقالها كتب تود قراءتها اعمال يوميه تود الانتهاء منها تبدء بالضبط بترتيبك ليومك في الصباح حين تقوم من النوم جسمك المنبه وهو البوصله لما سيحدث باقي الوقت.. المشتتات هي التي تأكل الوقت اشويه خمس دقائق فجأه ساعه ونسأل انفسنا لماذا لا يوجد في الوقت بركه... العقل المنضبط هو صناعه انت تصنعها وترتبها وتضع اولياتها شي جميل في الكتاب كان يقول جزء المهام الي جزيئات صغيره علي سبيل المثال اقراء كتاب بعد سنه ستكتشف انك قرأت عشرات الكتب هي نفس النظريه أجل قراءة كتاب ستفوتك عشرات الكتب وتقاس بأشياء كثيره تود عملها ولكن لتسويفك الوقت ضاعت.. عن الصعيد الشخصي لا اشياء تفوتك طالما انت تحب عملها هي فقط لم تصبح أولية في حياتك بعد.. اجعلها أولويه ستجد انك تنجز ما تحب وقبل الوقت نفسه
This book provides some good points to consider when working toward becoming more disciplined. The thoughts provided on failure, practice, and social media were most useful. Overall the book has some things to think about and the author does a good job driving her message through her experience of coming to the US as a high school student on a scholarship program that only covered the bare essentials.
Zoe has done a fabulous job bringing us to understand that anything worthwhile takes time and discipline to do it. Practice, practice, practice... you won’t be perfect on the first go around. You will have failures. But, you can learn from your failures. Another point she makes is finding that one thing to do that you are passionate about. It’s what you can give your mind to discipline and accomplish much on your journey.
Firstly, I had been looking for a book which should capitulate the reader to start implementing the concepts and understanding then and there. If you can do that with your first read, then you can say that the book has its charms imprinted in the mind of the reader. This book is one of suchlike. This book is simple to read yet very on to the point & relatable. Happy to recommend.
I enjoyed how the author combined person anecdotal experience with the lessons of others who also failed but were not defeated by failure and grew as a result of it.
This book gives insights of how to channel the emotions felt temporarily. It gave me a lot of insight on myself and the way I handle situations. Thank you Zoe Mckey
A great book for self aware people in need of confirmation. A good book to offer to someone who lacks observation skills. I would reread again and again.
