I love these kinds of books. They're very insightful, but fun in catching a glimpse at who you are. It's doable for anyone of all ages (mostly). Some take time to do, others are quicker and some are N/A. To get the most out of this I'd recommend doing a few pages a day/week.

I am absolutely addicted to these questionnaire journals. I think it's helping me to find out who I am. Some topics are silly, some serious. I will say that answering all the questions might require a bit of research unless you happen to know such things as your least favorite constellation off the top of your head. If you're looking for a heartwarming keepsake to give to your child on the occasion of your passing this is not it. However I would have no qualms sharing every page of this journal with my therapist, husband or even mom.
