I loved this book, but I am soooo upset by it at the same time! And I'll tell you why: because it's the very last book in the series that was ever written and we were left with a bunch of enticing, delicious cliffhangers that were never resolved. Oh, the humanity! I need to know what happens next and I won't get to find out considering this book series ended in the mid-1990's. How tragic. How perfectly tragic. Still, I don't regret reading the book or the series. It was great from the first word to the last haunting one. I miss books like this. The 90's was tops.
