Yes, I read cookbooks the way I read novels. The cookbooks have less drama and more good comes out of them.

This one is just simple, wholesome food. A breeze to make with local North American ingredients, nothing fancy or New Age, no dairy, meats, or eggs and best of all very few sweet dishes!

The tastes are delicate and cooking the way Diksha cooks, the food feels good to your soul.

I've met the author and her cooking is used in a retreat center I went to. Delicious.
