Very entertaining and addicting!

L. Scott Clark really knows how to pull you into a book! The first 3 chapters or so, had me on the edge of my seat and I was so very entertained! I was so very engrossed in this and all of his books!
What I love about this series is that I always recommend it to both adults and young adults! He’s done such a great job with building up his characters and really getting you intrigued with what mythological creature he’s going to come up with next!
I also want to say that he’s done a great job of picking an incredibly talented illustrator to do the covers of his books! They are so gorgeous & tbh, that’s what made me read Path of the Phoenix! I highly recommend this series! I can’t imagine why anyone would be disappointed! Great job, once again Scott and thank you for the previous ARC’s that you gave me. Always, your Colorado fan! 👍🏼📚🎧

The author kindly sent me and advanced copy. Having read (and loved) the first three books in the series I was pretty sure I would like Pool Of Sorrows. I did , and more. It is fantastic. I read the entire book in a few short days and found it very hard to put down. This book has it all; excitement, twist and turns, unexpected surprises, and characters the felt like ‘friends’. Amazing book that I highly recommend.
