Get out your pen and paper because the only reason you'd be reading this is if you're actually going to raise turkeys, in which case, you better take notes, though if you're not willing to take notes, there's definitely no way you should be raising turkeys.

Good information on poults and processing. Health section is a little short for me. My kids are raising turkeys for 4-H so this book is not as useful for us. Well written and likely to be very useful for someone raising birds for market.

Awesome book to get you started.

Great book to wet your feet on owning turkeys. With the expected Storey comprehensivness. You should start here. Good book.
