I write for those of you who either have children or teens or work with them.

My books cover all aspects of children's lives, their emotional and mental wellbeing, offering ways to help them feel happier, more empowered and in tune with themselves. I help them understand better how they think, what they want and know that they have choices.

My books help parents, teachers and coaches to parent in a way that will make families calmer, happier and more connected. I show how neuro linguistic programming can improve communication, motivation, confidence and resilience. I introduce you to techniques and exercises to help shift limiting beliefs and believe in yourself as a parent such that your kids will listen to to you.

I introduce you to emotional freedom technique for finding calm in the storm of life, easing pain, frustration, anger, sadness, anxiety and loneliness so that you have a skill to help your kids.

We all want our children to grow up in a safe and happy world where they will learn and play, make friends and be free of stress, don t we? This book will teach them about; Self Esteem; Setting goals; Controlling their mood; Managing criticism; Coping with change; Coping with grief and Making friends. My favorite aspects of this book is how Judy has written it directly for the child themselves, writing in their language, relating perfectly to their reality. Definatly one that I will offer my child.
