Tally has been kidnapped. Her sister, Lady Élanor has asked teenager Wil Calloway for help but he returns to Saran to discover tensions that threaten Tally's rescue from the start. Accompanied by his three best friends and three huge Fellhounds, Wil makes a promise to bring Tally back before the twin moons cross. But the journey to Armelia is beset with challenges - not least being getting in and out of the city!
A good rock along book. There was a lot of action in it but there were intervals where it dragged a bit and felt a bit over complicated. However, it was a good sequel to moon chase and definitely worth a read if you have read the first book. I have similar criticisms of this book as the first one (see my review of moon chase) but knowing the characters more certainly helped. The end in this book had a bit of suspense and so I was shocked and a little disappointed to see that I third book wasn't realised and so I don't feel like it was a very satisfying ending,
I can describe this book in one word...WOW! A brilliant second adventure of Wil Calloway! I think this book is 5 star material and so is the first! Congratulations Cathy Farr! I am hoping there is going to be a third book as nothing is going to stop me from buying it! Well done Cathy!
