The Chief Executive Operating System is a clear, concise, and highly actionable guide to what really matters in a leadership role. While written for CEOs, many lessons apply to anyone in a position of influence. It offers a structured reminder of how to lead with intent—covering strategy, execution, communication, and people—with frameworks that are immediately usable. A bit prescriptive at times, but in a good way. Just 220 pages, but dense with insight. I’ll definitely be rereading this one. Best read of the year for me so far. 9/10.
