A public speaker and the author of six books, she also writes an award-winning biweekly column for the Didsbury Review. She lives near Carstairs, Alberta.
Noreen Olson has four children. her firstborn, who she left at the Grace Salvation army hospital in Calgary in 1958, is composer and author Kathleen Yearwood. Born Dorothy Amelia Johnston.
I quite enjoyed this collection of 'adventures' that Noreen has shared. Many had me giggling, some laughing out loud, and still others had me put the book down for a moment while I remembered similar situations from my own life. This is a beautiful collection and it inspires me to write down my own stories, to capture those memories for my family.
