As an agent, I’d recommend this book to anyone who is unfamiliar with the buying and selling process. It’s a quick read that hits on the major concerns and explains in basic terms the key things to do and ask for when working with an agent.
The book is over ten years old, and many of the tips are dated. Both regions and markets and new regulations change some specifics, but overall it’s a helpful resource to give clients some expectations going into a huge transaction.
