The book takes you step by step through both operational and structural finance. There are downloadable excel files in English, Spanish and Portuguese available from the IESE blog.

Li o livro e tive aulas com o autor em um curso da escola de negócios IESE na cidade de Barcelona - Espanha. O autor aborda um tema complexo de forma extremamente direta e objetiva, contribuiu enormemente para que eu revisasse conceitos muito relevantes para uma gestão equilibrada e economicamente sustentável do negócio em que estou a frente.
