This book explains how supervisors can be more effective by trusting their people and by stepping back a bit. I also see the technique's application to parenting. What I did not see addressed, however, was the reality that a true "Do Nothing!" manager might very well have some issues with the own supervisors in most typically dysfunctional organizations.
