This is a decent soup recipe book with lots of good soup options. However, I do feel it is not necessarily the best one out there (see review for The Skinny Soup Maker Recipe Book). My big peeve is the kindle version has no list of all the soups, just a quick jump menu to different types of soup. This is quite frustrating in first world problem kind of way. In addition some of the recipes were more complex than I wanted, put ingredients in soup maker, turn on, wait, pour, was what I wanted. Not brown this, squeeze that, wait for the other.
Overall it is a good book, but considering it is for a no fuss gadget like the soup maker, it is too much hard work.

Like a large percentage of the population I invested in a soup maker gadgety thing when they became the must have kitchen device to clutter up your limited work surface space. Since then I’ve made predominantly pumpkin soup around Halloween and then it’s just gathered dust for the rest of the year (that reminds me, I’ve got a vacuum cleaner somewhere that does the same thing - gathers dust, not makes soup, that would be messy)

Whilst this is not the most sophisticated of soup recipe books it has rejuvenated my old soup maker into something that now gets used all year and not just when the witches and ghoulies come out to play.

First part is useful for starting to use the soupmaker. The recipes are basics, but can easily be adapted to one's own favorites. A good beginners guide.
