Yet another memento of my Barcelona trip that I‘ll cherish🙂‍↕️


I am very happy indeed that I had picked up this book; some may say it has either too many statistical data/too many numbers on each page (lol what) of this art-portraying book or that it is not an good enough representation of the aforementioned art itself-


But oh well✨


With this book we are getting both the artistic, statistic, historical and architectural approach combined together - and I loved it



Personally, I am thinking that this is just adding a yet another layer of depth/dimension, which the majority of us would have never thought of exploring on our own (and it makes me even more appreciative of the info that was provided here)




So, having all these stats presented to us could most definitely look a tiny bit overbearing at first, but the general appreciation and homage for Gaudí’s work on its own is enough to at least intrigue you to give this book a try🤧

Picked up from one of many Gaudí souvenir stores in Barcelona. As a visual memento of the architecture it’s great, but the descriptions were very dry - measurements, dates, materials used etc. I was hoping for more artistic interpretation than practical information.
