Her best friend’s daddies are too tempting to resist… Alexis When my best friend asks me to stay at her family’s incredible lake house for the summer, I jump at the chance. But the second I meet Amy’s dad, Daniel, and his best friend, Eric… my relaxing retreat turns into an erotic adventure.
Daniel is the definition of forbidden temptation. He may be old enough to be my father, but he has a voice like honey and a body shaped like a Greek god, and I can’t stop imagining those strong hands all over me.
Just when I think I can’t take anymore, I meet Eric. He’s as sweet as he is seductive and with looks that rival Daniel’s—I want him as well. But Eric isn’t just Daniel’s best friend… he’s also Amy’s former stepdad!
All it takes is one salacious night, and the three of us cross the line from fantasy into reality. I don’t want to lose my best friend, but I can’t lose Daniel and Eric either. And now that I’ve tasted them both, I can’t stop until I have them… forever.
Eric/Daniel We shouldn’t want her, but Amy’s best friend is too much to resist. With her plump lips, luscious curves, and innocent eyes, she’s a walking fantasy.
But men our age taking a sweet young thing like her wouldn’t be right.
We plan to simply ignore our desires, but when she says she wants us just a bad as we want her… our passion and lust take over.
And even though we know this is wrong, when it comes to Alexis, everything feels too right.
Listen, I love me a good smut book with no plot. But this was all over the place. It was super inconsistent and honestly unbelievable. It was hard for me to actually get into it because these men were already talking about how they were in love the day they met her. Only love-bombing sociopaths fall in love the same day they meet someone and are trying to start a “define-the-relationship” conversation. On top of that, the actual smut portions were often so cringy. Using the words “nub” and “folds” is probably the least sexy thing I could think of. This just felt like lazy half-baked fantasies. This could have been good if it were double the length and we actually spent time with the characters and building believable tension. Don’t get me wrong, some parts did the job of being some pretty solid smut, but it was often undercut by a cringy word or phrase, or by some out of pocket unrealistic comment made by a character.
Alexis doesn’t want to lose her best friend, but her friend’s dads offer her something that she finds impossible to turn down. They find that they have a special thing going on, but no one wants to turn Amy against the others. It was a hot novella and spicy too. It reads fast but you’re so connected to the characters that you really want them to find a way to make it all work out without Alexis losing her best friend.
There is really nothing to this book. It’s a short story, a girl comes to a cabin for the summer with her business partner and falls for the friends dad and his friend. They get together instant attraction and the daughter walks in on it. It gets weird. Baby. Marriage. The end. There is no how is the friendship/business relationship going? Just they are together now and ta dah baby. Smut but even that wasn’t exciting.
Poorly written, lots of grammatical errors, bad syntax. You name it. These types of books are meant to be about the sex, but they should still be properly written. If the author had fleshed out the characters, built out the plot, and written with skill, this could've made a good full-length novel.
This book was unexpected in the sense that it was shorter than my normal reads but packed a lot of content into that space. There was friendship, family, love, passion and steam all in one compact story. I enjoyed it.
Minimal plot, a whole lotta spice. Like, 90% spice. A very fast read, I read this in under an hour. I'd be interested in reading a longer story involving this trio, but short and steamy is good too.
For such a short story it certainly packed a punch. It was such a great read. So much goodness in one go. I really enjoyed the writing style it didn’t drag on and it was spicy in all the right ways!
Katy Lux definitely knows how to write MFM trope books!!!! This was absolutely a phenomenal read and very very spicy and I can’t wait to read more from her!!!!
Great read, steamy scenes. 3 stars for me because some of it wasn't my cup of tea. But aside from that, great smutty book with no plot other than smut lol
