If you are new to management or need a refresher, this book is packed with useful and easily applicable ideas. As I searched for management books with which to refresh my own management skills, this book was in my Kindle books. I was so impressed with the content and step-by-step ideas that are easy to execute, I am using this book as a secondary text for a management course I am teaching beginning spring 2018.
