Elements you are likely to find in my work include: moustachioed melodrama villains, whips, wisecracks, knights in tarnished armour, damsels under duress, lovers, leather, aquiline features, references to popular songs. I massively overuse qualifiers like ‘really’, ‘quite’, ‘actually’ etc. and can’t resist the temptation to substitute long words for ‘said’. Reviewers either rave or cringe, with very little middle reactive ground (insert Marmite cliche here). Which will you do?

The best thing about this anthology, I'd say, is its diversity. There's a wide range of kinks, fetishes, and even perspectives covered by all of the stories. That's also a bit of the trouble with it - as much as I was indeed thrilled by the more submissive stories, from my kinky point of view, the dominant-perspective stories left me mostly perplexed. Oh, they were intriguing, seeing things from the other side and all that, but it broke up my erotic rhythm somewhat. Still, if you want a general survey of BDSM, this is good anthology for you.

I would probably rate 2.5/2.75 - I rated each story, then averaged! I won this on Justine Elyot Xmas Blog.
There are 10 stories, and like all anotholgies, there are always some that you like more than the others. I'm sure that if you are really into submission stories, these will delight. They were probably too far into the humiliation area for me (and in reality, probably not too far).
the book did titillate - definitely an evening read not breakfast! - but for me I think I'd have preferred one or two longer stories - possibly my issue was being dropped straight into the midst of the scene without the build up to that point.
