Starts with the Compliance topics of what SOX and HIPAA type governance regulations are and how to have a proper audit compliance stance for IT Governance to protect the organization. The author then digs deep into the rest of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) topics and providing many models and best practice body of knowledge sets that gives guidance on how to run IT Governance. The list of models and best practice include the big players such as ITIL, COBIT, ISACA, OCEG, PMP, Price2 and others that range across the entire GRC spectrum. Obviously not deep enough coverage of each but enough to give insight on where the IT Leader or Business Exectuive should focus given the challenges in their organization to get more help.
