The world's myths are filled with characters, creatures, and stories that have fascinated people for thousands of years. This series mixes dramatic retellings and non-fiction information to give a full picture of a culture's myths. This book explores the gods, goddesses, heroes, villains, tricksters, and quests that make Egyptian myths and legends so compelling.

I don't like this book because I don't like Egyptian myths and legends. I would recommend this book for anyone who wants to know about Egyptian. If you like Chinese myths and legends you will like this because they are the same. The book tells you about links and "gods".
This was an amazing informational book describing Egyptian myths and legends. It was beautifully illustrated so the reader can better understand the descriptions of this topic. It was short and well-written. It is a wonderful book especially for those reluctant readers who have a difficult time with mythology. It also has connection in the book entitled "myth links" to go into a little more information in a short paragraph.
The passage Egyptian Myths and Legends is about how the egyptians came to be, the gods they worship, and the myths and legends they told. I really liked this book because i got to learn a little bit about the past history of the egyptians and their stories. I think the theme of this story is to inform and to entertain the audience. This book is informative and practical because it explains how the egyptians use to live and how they managed to survive for 3,000 years.
This book is about all the gods and goddesses and how they helped the people of Egypt. The setting is Egypt 3100 BCE. The main character of the passage is Amun-Ra who was worshiped and honored as king of the gods. The theme of the passage is to inform and entertain people of how the ancient egyptians lived way back in the day and the gods they worshiped and what they believed they did for them in return for worshiping them. The book argues that egyptians are very loyal to their gods and worshiped them for eternity in the current life and next.
What i liked about this passage is the message of the book all the gods and goddesses and what they do intrigues me. I like the Layout of the book of how all the gods and goddesses came from the god Ptah and how he created 8 gods and goddesses(4 gods, 4 goddesses)they were couples there was one god for every goddess. All of the gods came together and formed a black bull, and all the goddesses came together and formed a black cow. The passage is exciting to me i really enjoy books about entities and what they are capable of.
