I had several questions about the technical aspects of real estate investing. This book answered them all and then some. It is well written and easy to understand. I liked it so much I bought a hard copy in addition to my kindle version to put on my bookshelf for future reference.

Great overview and introductory book for a want-to-be home flipper. The author's style is straight-forward and down-to-Earth.
