I read and discussed this together with a friend. Very helpful, especially if you carry baggage from your past (and don't we all?!)

Really great read!! Allows you to explore the idea that marital issues may be related to your past. It offers valid, detailed advice on how to stop allowing your past and upbringing determine your current and future relationships. I recommend all married couples read this, even if you aren't experiencing problems in your relationship. Also recommend to all who counsel couples.
